Whatever happens with the small avalanche of applications for retail cannabis stores expected, the Director of Community Planning in Kelowna expects criticism.

But Ryan Smith says the City has done it's best to set up a system that will be as fair as possible for both the applicants and the community. Smith sat down at KelownaNow to talk about how staff and council plan to weed through all of the proposals.
