In this previously recorded webinar, from May 19, 2020, Nikki Csek, the CEO and co-founder of NowMedia Group, revealed how an emotional rollercoaster seemed to almost, as many others can likely relate, hold NowMedia Group hostage.

In the beginning, it was if, life paused.

In the midst of news stories flooding into the NowCities newsroom, along with the countless tales of personal struggles from friends and fellow business owners in the community, Nikki and the NowMedia Group were forced to face the same decisions as their fellow community members.

Whether they liked it or not, there was nothing they could do but go with it. There were layoffs, pay cuts and the group had to send people away to work remotely for an indefinite period of time.

In light of this, Nikki knew it was temporary and so did the rest of the NowMedia Group.

Together, they rallied. And as a team, NowMedia Group was able to pivot, show up and lead.

One of the ways NowMedia Group is doing that is through free webinars, like the one below.

In this very special edition of Business Matters, Nikki and the team at NowMedia Group shared how they commandeered the rollercoaster and are now focused on what’s next.
