Living Things Festival

If you are all about immersing yourself in art of any kind, the over two-weeks-long Living Things Festival is the event for you to be at. 

Welcoming artists from across the world, the festival will showcase a number of must-see sights throughout Kelowna’s Cultural District.

From performance art to interactive exhibits, films, workshops and traditional gallery exhibitions, Living Things is bursting with something for any and every art-lover. Head to the festival’s website for showtimes, location and a full schedule of events. 

Farmers Market

Is your 2020 resolution to eat more greens? Maybe its to support local? Either way, the Kelowna Farmers and Crafters Market is a great place for you to do both! 

Hosted throughout the winter months at the Parkinson Recreation Centre, the market pops up on Saturdays from 9 am until 1 pm, bringing with it a host of Okanagan vendors that are equipped with everything from fresh produce and proteins, to baked goods, handmade items and more. 

Free Ice Wine Tours

In anticipation of Grizzli Winery’s upcoming Icewine Festival, they are hosting complimentary behind the scenes tours of the icewine making process this week.

Daily tours will take place at 11 am, 12 pm, and 3 pm, from Thursday to Sunday. No need to call ahead and book, just show up!



Pre-Fireside Festival

A Pre-Fireside Festival showcase will warm you up for one of Kelowna’s most-popular music events this weekend. 

Taking place at the New Arts Collective this Saturday at 7 pm, the precursor to the fest will feature the musical stylings of Joshua Smith, Windmills and ICELANDIA.

The 19+ event will have a cash bar and admission is $25!

Okanagan Bridal Expo

Are you tying the knot? Maid of Honour? Or just love all things wedding related? Pop by the Delta Grand in downtown Kelowna this Sunday from noon until 5 pm for the Okanagan Bridal Expo.

Discover the latest fashions for brides and grooms, find yourself a florist, photographer or DJ or simply browse around to get ideas — the event will feature the best in buis from across the valley, all under one roof!
