Less than a year after winning the RBC Cup and earning the title of National Champions, it looks like the West Kelowna Warriors are on the move.

The sale of the team to a North Delta businessman is done, but just awaiting league approval.

If all goes to plan it looks like the team will be moved to the lower mainland to play out of Sungod Arena in North Delta for the start of the 2017-2018 season.

The Warriors' owner, Mark Cheyne, stopped by the KelownaNow office to chat about the sale, last year's championship run and what fans can expect for the rest of this season.
