"The work will require a full closure of the road, bike lanes and sidewalks to motorists, cyclists and pedestrians,” said a release from the City.
“Crews will maintain access for emergency vehicles, residents living within the immediate work area, buses and transit users.”
Boucherie Road sees more than 8,000 vehicles per day and its peak use times are between 7 am and 6 pm.
The City has scheduled the work outside of these hours to minimize the disruption to residents.
A detour is available via Hudson Road and Hwy 97.
