Bylaw enforcement assistance is now available seven days a week in West Kelowna.

The City has expanded the service for the summer months, starting on May 19 and lasting until Sept. 4.

The Bylaw Enforcement Department will take calls at 778-797-8810 on weekdays, weekends and statutory holidays between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Calls made after hours will still be forward to an automated messaging system for follow up the next day.

Any after hours matters that need more urgent attention can be directed towards the West Kelowna RCMP at 250-768-2880.

The service is being expanded to respond to what is typically an increased number of calls during peak tourism months, between the Victoria Day and Labour Day long weekends.

Bylaw enforcement officers will also be conducting bike patrols along West Kelowna’s waterfront during the summer.
