A mobile home has been damaged in a fire at Westbank First Nation.

West Kelowna Fire Rescue (WKFR) said it was called to PineRidge Mobile Home Park shortly after midnight this morning.

The fire began on the deck and spread into the home, WKFR said.

Crews from Lakeview, Rose Valley and Glenrosa responded.

“The mobile home sustained fire damage throughout,” Fire Chief Jason Brolund said.

Two residents are now in the care of Emergency Support Services.

Nobody was hurt.

Brolund said the fire remains under investigation.
