Meals on Wheels
Created in 1969, Meals on Wheels provides affordable, nutritious, well balanced and flavourful meals to seniors and home-bound individuals. Meals on Wheels is a non-profit organization providing a hot meal delivery service available up to three times each week in Kelowna, Rutland and West Kelowna. This service is available to home-bound individuals who are dealing with physical or mental disabilities as well as seniors. The meals include soup, dessert and a hot entrée delivered over lunch hour by volunteers.
