The Okanagan College Coyotes have a big week coming up as they play their final six regular-season games, and then host the 2017 Canadian College Baseball Conference championship the following weekend.

The national tournament runs May 10-14 in Kelowna at Elks Stadium.

Okanagan College also hosted the championship in 2016, losing in the title game to the Prairie Baseball Academy Dawgs.

The Coyotes are matched up against Thompson Rivers University WolfPack beginning at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and then against Vancouver Island University Mariners on the weekend. OC and the VIU Mariners are playing a doubleheader on Friday with games beginning at 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. On Saturday, the two teams meet at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

The games will be live-streamed on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday on the Okanagan College Baseball Facebook page.

The Coyotes go into this week's play with a 12-12 record, good for third place behind the PBA Dawgs  (18-3) and the University Of The Fraser Valley (7-4). Thompson Rivers  sits at 10-12 and Vancouver Island at 6-12. The University of Calgary Dinos pull up the rear with a 5-15 mark.
