If you're feeling a little rusty about your golf game entering this season, Bubba Watson hears you.

When golfer, Bubba Watson missed his opportunity to advance in the masters on Friday, he made a comment to reporter, Gene Sapakoff, that went viral online.

After a frustrating day with a 78 on the course, the two-time masters champion Watson told reporters, "Golf is tough; I don't know if you've ever played it. But writing articles is easy."

Fans of Watson began tweeting back.

On Friday evening, Watson addressed his fans with his apology, restating that writing articles is easy for journalists, but golf is still hard.

After tweeting an apology and then providing a video apology, some of his fans thought it was a bit much that he had to do all of this.
