On June 8th, the Investors Group and Kayla Caruana hosted the Swing Away for United Way. Their charity of choice, The United Way, works within the Okanagan community to support children and those living in poverty.

Twenty-two ladies toughed out the rain at the Ladies Spring Golf Clinic at the Quail to raise money for the cause. Not only did attendees receive help from the pros, but they also had the chance to mingle with appies and drinks.

The event was a success, with a cheque for $1,015 being handed over at the end of the evening.

Save the date! Stop by the United Way celebrity dunk tank on July 22nd at the Downtown Kelowna block party to help support the great cause.
