We now have an idea of how the 2019-20 season will look for the Kelowna Rockets.

The season will begin on Saturday, Sept. 21 when the Spokane Chiefs come to town, one of 22 weekend games the team will play at Prospera Place this season.

Wednesday, Oct. 2 against the Tri-City Americans is the first of nine Hat Trick Wednesdays through the course of the season.

Fans are invited to dress up in their favourite costume for Candy Scramble Night on Saturday, Oct. 12 when the Rockets host the Kamloops Blazers.

The annual Teddy Bear Toss is right at the end of the calendar year when the Prince George Cougars come to town on Saturday, Dec. 30.

Finally, the Family Day Game will be a Monday afternoon affair against the Calgary Hitmen with puck drop scheduled for 2:05 p.m.

Kelowna’s season ends on Saturday, March 21 and what will hopefully be a long playoff run starts shortly after that.

Either way, the team will be both hosting and playing in the 2020 Memorial Cup when it comes to the Okanagan in late May.
