There’s pre-season action tonight for both the Kelowna Rockets and West Kelowna Warriors.

The Rockets are in Kamloops for the start of a home-and-home series against the Blazers to wind up the slate of exhibition games.

After playing in Kamloops this evening, the two teams will take the ice at Prospera Place on Saturday night.

Both Tyson Feist and Trevor Wong will suit up this weekend after returning from NHL training camps, while Noah Dorey will be returning to Kelowna from Boston Bruins camp in the coming days.

Pavel Novak will not be back in Kelowna very soon, as the young Czech will be sticking around at Minnesota Wild camp for a little longer.

Across the bridge from where the Rockets and Blazers will play on Saturday night, the West Kelowna Warriors will open the pre-season schedule at Royal LePage Place tonight.

The Salmon Arm Silverbacks are in town for a 7 pm game and fully-vaccinated fans will be able to take in the action at RLP for just $10.

The two teams will head to the Shuswap for a rematch in Salmon Arm on Saturday night.
