The Kelowna Rockets’ six-game winning streak ended on Sunday.

After a big win over the Vancouver Giants on Saturday, the Giants got revenge with a 3-2 road win at Prospera Place to end the weekend.

Max Graham and Colton Dach tickled the twine for Kelowna, while Adam Hall, Zack Ostapchuk and Evan Toth scored for Vancouver.

The Rockets have two games left on the schedule, one in Vancouver on Friday before returning home to finish the regular season against Prince George on Saturday, but their first round playoff matchup is already set.

They are locked into the fifth seed in the Western Conference and will take on the fourth seed Seattle Thunderbirds in the opening round of the postseason.

It will kick off in Seattle on Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23 before shifting back to the Okanagan for games three and four.

Those games, the first playoff action at Prospera Place in four years, will be played on Tuesday, April 26 and Wednesday, April 27.

If necessary, games five through seven would be played on April 29, May 1 and May 3 respectively.

Game five would be in Seattle, game six would be back in Kelowna and a do-or-die game seven, if it happened, would be back south of the border in Seattle.

Playoff tickets will be made available soon, but tickets to the final regular season game against the Cougars are on sale now through Select Your Tickets.
