Kelowna United/Junior Heat earn 5 provincial medals

Kelowna put on a solid performance on the soccer pitch last weekend, resulting in several provincial medals.

Kelowna United and Junior Heat teams returned from this past weekend's Provincial A & B Championships with five medals.

In Provincial B action, the U15 Boys and U15 Girls came home with a bronze medal, while the U16 Girls and U18 Boys came home with Gold.

The U18 Girls finished up 4th in their division after a hard fought battle losing in overtime.  The U16 Boys finished 5th and the U13 Girls placed 6th. 

In Provincial A’s, the U13 Junior Heat Boys earned a Silver medal with the U14 Boys, U15 Boys and U14 Girls all finishing up 4th in their division.
