In its 29th year, the annual Kelowna Sweetheart Ringette Tournament has returned to the Okanagan.

With over 1,000 athletes and 75 teams travelling from across B.C. and Alberta, the tournament has become known for its broad reach and welcoming nature.

Not only does the tournament welcome teams from out of town, but teams from a variety of age categories, with athletes from as young as five years old all the way up to 20-plus participating.

Sprawling across the city and beyond, the tournament will occupy the CNC, Rutland Arena, Memorial Arena, Royal LePage Place and Windfield Arena.

In addition to offering visiting teams a chance to experience the Okanagan, all players will have the chance to test their skills against teams they normally wouldn't have the chance to.

Head to the Sweetheart Tournament's official website to stay up to date on scores as well as to where to find the next game nearest to you!
