The Vancouver Canucks have signed star right-winger Brock Boeser.
On Monday afternoon, Canucks General Manager Jim Benning confirmed Boeser’s new three-year, $17.625 contract.

“We’re very pleased to have Brock re-sign,” said Benning in a media release.
“He’s a talented player, a key contributor to our offence and an important part of our team’s future. We look forward to having Brock join the team in preparation for the upcoming season.”
The 22-year-old from Burnsville, Minnesota scored 26 goals and 56 points in 69 games last year, his second full NHL season.
However, Boeser had been absent to begin Canucks training camp as he waited for a new contract.
That new deal will see the one time all-star be paid $4 million this season, $6.125 million next year, and $7.5 million in 2021-22.
