The Kelowna Chiefs had a perfect three games last week as they beat the Princeton Posse, Sicamous Eagles, and Osoyoos Coyotes consecutively.

Career milestones and records were set on Tuesday when the Chiefs hosted the Posse. Brody Dale hit 100 points for the season while Ryan Stack created a new KIJHL record scoring six goals in a single game. The final score for Tuesday's game was 11-2 for Kelowna.

Sicamous travelled to Kelowna for game three of the four Mental Health Games being hosted by the Chiefs this season. Kelowna's Shane Zilka had an excellent game in net as he stopped 17 shots en route to a 5-0 win. Despite what was going on the ice, what was off the ice was more important as Mindright’s Okanagan Division Ambassador Lucas Cullen presented Jamie Walters with a recognition award for his positive impact on mental health in the community.

The final game had the Chiefs travel to Osoyoos where Breaden Mitchell stopped 25 of the 27 shots he faced. Kelowna would win by a score of 10-2, raising their player point totals to a combined 614 on the season.

As the season heads to the end, the Chiefs are guaranteed the number spot in the Okanagan Division for playoffs. It is not yet determined who they will play.

Up next the Chiefs host the North Okanagan Knights on Friday for the first of their "Faith Nights" with Pastor Don Richmond.
