As an Olympic ski cross silver medalist, Kelsey Serwa has proven to be a cool customer.

But the Kelowna native's new endorsement for a special blend of bath salts is definitely hotter than sitting on a chilly chair lift.

Serwa will be in Kelowna this long weekend, fundraising for her upcoming World Cup ski cross season and the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea.

The reigning silver medalist in women's ski cross plans to stop by two local businesses Monday to promote Mustard Bath, a product from Kelowna-based Barefoot Venus.

Those wanting to try the bath salts and support a local athlete can purchase a signed tin, of which $5 will go to helping support her Olympic journey.

Serwa captured silver at the Sochi games in 2014, after just missing the podium four years earlier in Vancouver.

Catch the Olympian at the Doyle Avenue Pharmasave from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Canadian Tire on Leckie from 2 to 4 p.m.

The 2018 Winter Olympics begin February 9th in PyeongChang, South Korea.
