In February, it was announced that the West Tower of One Water Street would be fast tracked.

Today, the hundreds of potential buyers finally learned when they’ll be able to purchase property in the West Tower starting on Saturday, May 26.

The construction program for the 29-storey West Tower was accelerated after most of the units in the 36-storey East Tower sold quickly.

“There is clearly pent-up demand for this final opportunity to own a new home in the One Water Street community,” says Henry Bereznicki, managing partner of North American Development Group.

“5,500 inquiries prior to the start of sales surpasses the number of registrations we received before the East Tower was offered for sale by about a third.”

The two towers will sit atop a three-storey “podium,” which features an external façade containing retail, commercial, restaurant space and a hidden above-ground parking facility.

Level four will be an exclusive 1.3 acre landspaced amenities space called “The Bench,” which is inspired by outdoor living at first-class resorts.

Those outdoor amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, pickleball court, outdoor patio, dog park and fire pits, along with barbecue and picnic areas.

All that is in addition to the indoor amenities that include a private health club, studios for yoga, pilates or dance, a multi-purpose entertainment room, suits and a business centre.
