One of West Kelowna’s latest development is ready to be sold.

Sales for NEO open on Saturday, May 12 with a fun event where you can grab some grub, chat with radio hosts and of course a chance to see what NEO has to offer.

All of this will be available at the discovery centre, located at 101-3635 Carrington Rd in West Kelowna.

There will be three furnished show suites for people to wander through, each outfitted with the three different colour scheme options.

You can even register as a VIP online to get priority suite selection and one on one viewings.

NEO will be a four-storey, 48-condo building with amenities like a rooftop patio that offers great views of Okanagan Lake.

There are plenty of great attractions nearby, like the Creek Pathway Trail or Gellatly Beach.

NEO is also BUILT GREEN® certified, with solar panels on the roof and a holistic approach to sustainability when it comes to things like waste management and water conservation.

You’ll have to option to customize your suite with a variety of floor plans and colour schemes and you’ll end up paying between $200,000 and $350,000, depending on the package and location you pick.

Click this link for more information on NEO and be sure to check out the event on Saturday, May 12 from noon until 5 p.m.

Beyond the 12th, show suite hours will be from noon until 5 p.m. from Saturday through Thursday, or by appointment.
