Those in Kelowna can expect the region’s stretch of sunny weather to continue on Tuesday.

The Okanagan will be subject to another temperature inversion before the clouds make way for a sun-filled afternoon.

"If you like Monday’s weather, you will like today’s weather as well. Once again we can expect morning valley clouds with high elevation sun to start off the day under a temperature inversion," explained NowMedia meteorologist, Wesla English.

"In the afternoon, we will see clearing for the valley and all areas will be in the sun. Signs continue to point to a change in the weather pattern on Wednesday and we will likely see showers by Wednesday afternoon or evening."

However, with the sun will come some cool, crisp air, keeping the day's high to 3° followed this evening by a low of -3°.
