Another mixed bag of weather for Kelowna today

Kelowna nearly saw it all on Tuesday.

Some blues skies and sunshine, clouds rolling as the day went on and quite the rain storm as the sun went down.

The only thing missing was the thundershowers, which there was a chance of, but Mother Nature has a chance to redeem herself today.

“Our variable weather pattern continues today. Beautiful sun to start the day, but the cool air aloft will keep afternoon clouds and showers in the forecast,” explains Wesla English, NowMedia meteorologist.

“Isolated thundershowers are also possible this afternoon. Temperatures remaining in the upper teens or low 20s.”

It’ll be another day where you can get away without sunscreen, as the UV index likely won’t exceed a ‘moderate’ four.

Happy hump day, Kelowna, have you broken out your fall boots yet?
