Big White got some exciting news recently from a very prestigious magazine.

The Conde Nast Traveller came out with their "Top 5 Ski Resorts in Canada: Readers' Choice Awards 2021" and Big White was well on the list.

With a score of 80.3, Big White claimed the magazine's second spot. The resort was just 0.3 points away from Lake Louise, which garnered the top score.

Other resorts on the list included Whistler Blackcomb in third, Mont-Tremblant in fourth and Le Massif de Charlevoix at five.

“As one of the few Canadian family owned and operated resorts in Canada, this award speaks volumes to the commitment our team has to providing a stellar resort experience,” said Peter Plimmer, President and CEO of Big White Ski Resort Ltd. “We’re very proud to be featured on this list, and very grateful to the readers who voted for us.”

For those who don't know, Conde Nast Traveller has upwards of five million print readers a month. This is the first time Big White has been named in the magazine in 34 years.
