Today’s weather could be very interesting for some people.
NowMedia meteorologist Wesla English said there will be quite the contrast between the beginning and middle of the day in parts of Kelowna.
“Some of us will wake up to snow this morning, but we will see sun and cloud this afternoon,” she explained.
“Daytime highs will get up to several degrees above freezing, helping to melt the snow on the ground.”
She added: “Another system moving in on Wednesday will bring the return of valley mixed precipitation and mountain snow.”
Today’s high is expected to be about 5ºC, with a low of around 0ºC.
