'Drastic' change in weather for Kelowna

Not the best of weather expected in Kelowna today. 

NowMedia meteorologist Wesla English said we’re going to see a “drastic change.”

She added: “A cold front will sweep across our region, bringing temperatures down to the mid 20s, along with showers and the risk of thundershowers.

“We will dry out again for the weekend.”

From the mid-afternoon till the early evening on Thursday, there will be a chance of thundershowers. 

Gusts of about 40 km/h will also be possible from noon till sunset.
