It looks like snow is on the way.

Meteorologist Wesla English is calling for some flurries to end off our weekend, and some snowfall on Tuesday.

“After no measurable precipitation for days, a pattern change is on the way when high pressure shifts east,” says English. “This will allow a weather system to move inland with a few flurries Sunday afternoon and Monday. A stronger system is expected to move into the valley on Tuesday with snow.”

“Temperatures will also increase to near freezing or slightly above by midweek as milder air moves into our region,” adds English.

Today will be a good day to cozy up! Stay warm!
