It looks like the Okanagan will finally get a break from the dense clouds that have covered the valley for the past week. according to Wesla English, NowMedia meteorologist.

"Clouds to start, but we will say goodbye to valley cloud later today with the breakdown of the temperature inversion," says English.

"If we are lucky we might even see a few breaks in the clouds this afternoon, but the next system is going to start to move in by this evening."

According to English, a moderate chance of snow is in the forecast for Thursday as well.

The high is a brisk -2 C for Wednesday, followed by an overnight low of -4 C.
