Saturday and Sunday are bringing rain into the valley and chilly temperatures due to a cool air mass.
It's supposed to clear up by next week, but in the meantime, here's what meteorologist, Wesla English says you can expect this weekend:
There's a slight chance (40%) of rain on Saturday and temperatures could get up to 12 C throughout the day.
Sunday is expected to be slightly colder with a high of 9 C and a 60% chance of showers.
If you're heading towards the Kootenays, drive carefully, as it's cold enough to snow in the mountains.
