We can expect a smoky day in Kelowna to start the week.

A special air quality statement put in place by Environment Canada remains in place today.

The temperature high is forecast to be about 23ºC.

Later in the day, there will be a chance of showers.

The agency is also expecting a risk of thunderstorms in the evening and overnight.

The temperature low heading into Tuesday is predicted to be about 15ºC.
