A mixed day of weather lies ahead for Kelowna.
NowMedia meteorologist Wesla English said it will be a Tuesday of two halves: sunnier in the morning, cloudier in the afternoon and evening.
“We will see brighter conditions this morning, but a weather system will move inland today bringing, increasing cloud and the threat of afternoon and/or evening showers,” she explained.
“Sun and cloud returns tomorrow.”
She added: “Daytime highs will remain in the upper teens or low 20s for the next couple of days.”
From the mid-afternoon, meanwhile, winds are expected to pick up and there could be gusts of around 40 km/h.
