Bundle up if you're outside today.

Environment Canada has put out a frostbite warning for the Southern Interior as temperatures overnight dropped to -15 C and with the windchill, the morning temperature is sitting at -25 C.

Light winds are gusting at 15 km/h.

The frostbite warning is mainly for Kamloops, but Kelowna's temperatures took a slight plunge overnight as well and residents should dress in warm layers today.

"Watch for cold-related symptoms: shortness of breath, chest pain, muscle pain and weakness, numbness and colour change in fingers and toes," said a spokesperson for Environment Canada. "If it's too cold for you to stay outside, it's too cold for your pet to stay outside."

Today's going to be a mix of sun and clouds and things should warm up this afternoon to a high of -7C.

Expect a few light flurries this morning and later this afternoon.

The roads are looking clear so far. Watch for icy patches.

Whether you're walking or driving, prepare for the weather.
