A snowfall warning has been issued for parts of the BC Interior this morning.

Environment Canada is warning of up to 15 centimetres of snow in the following places:

“The snow will continue all day giving accumulations up to 15 cm over elevations just above valley bottom,” Environment Canada explained.

“Accumulations will be 10 cm or less at valley bottom due to temperatures being just above freezing.”

The agency also warned of low visibility and problems on roads and walkways.

“Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions,” it added.

A separate warning has been issued for high-elevation roads.
