It’s been a rough spring for the Okanagan, but mother nature is trying to make up for it.

Environment Canada forecasts are calling for a hot weekend in the Central Okanagan with temperatures possibly reaching 35°C on Sunday.

Friday will see nothing but sun with a high of 27°C, with a low of 12°C overnight into Saturday.

The sunny weather will continue as it jumps to a high of 32°C for Saturday before jumping all the way up to a high of 35°C to wrap up the weekend on Sunday.

Things will continue into Monday, with sun and a high of 33°C in the forecast, before showers could potentially return to the mix on Tuesday.

The warm, sunny weather makes it a perfect weekend to get outdoors and enjoy all the Okanagan has to offer.
