It’s going to try to be a beautiful sunny day in Kelowna today, but the clouds will likely win out later this afternoon.
The rain, which was expected to clear up for the most part until later in the weekend, could also now return tonight.
“We will see sun at times today but expect thickening cloud this afternoon before the risk of showers this evening when the next wave of moisture moves inland,” says Wesla English, NowMedia meteorologist.
“The BC Southern Interior will be in between weather systems on Friday and Saturday - we will see sun for the end of the work week and the first part of the weekend!”
The daytime high will be in the upper teens today, but will creep into the low 20s as we head into the weekend.
