Tuesday’s not looking good.

But NowMedia meteorologist Wesla English did say, however, that Kelowna might see some brief respite.

“Although a few breaks of sun are possible early this morning, a cold front moving through will bring showers with the risk of thundershowers to the region today,” she explained.

“It will remain unsettled over the next few days with daytime highs below average in the upper teens or low 20s.”

The thunderstorm risk is expected to be most severe between noon and about 7 pm.

Showers could extend into the evening and into early Wednesday morning.
