After a wet Sunday, we will see a brief drier trend developing on Monday.

The rain and snow will ease off when the weather system exits our region Monday midday, and there is a chance we will see sunny breaks.

It will be a chilly start on Tuesday morning after clear conditions overnight, but clouds will return by Tuesday afternoon.

Only a slim chance of rain and snow is expected late Tuesday with the next wave of moisture moving inland.

High pressure will build on Wednesday and we can expect a mix of sun and cloud for midweek.
