An upper trough swinging across BC will keep it cool and damp on Friday.

The threat of valley mixed precipitation and mountain snow will be in the forecast on Friday, but then we will see gradual clearing this weekend.

The cool air mass will keep daytime highs below seasonal on Friday near 10ºC, however warmer air will move in on Sunday and we will be back in the low teens.

Signs point to afternoon highs peaking in the mid to upper teens after the weekend.

Have a great weekend, Kelowna!
