Once again we will see snow for the nearby mountains while the valley areas will see a drier stretch of weather for Friday and the start of the weekend.

Beautiful sunshine will be in store on Friday for Kelowna, but if you are planning to travel to the mountain passes, please check DriveBC before you head out as snow will continue to fall on and off over the next few days at high elevations.

The next system that will bring rain or snow to the valley will move in Saturday afternoon or evening.

Daytime highs will remain within a few degrees above freezing today and tomorrow while freezing levels hover slightly above the valley base.
