Those who are up early may see a few breaks in the clouds on Monday, but then we will see thickening cloud throughout the day as the next weather system moves in.

Although you won't need to bring an umbrella to the Remembrance Day ceremonies, you might want to put on an extra layer as daytime highs will remain just a few degrees above freezing.

The weather system moving inland will bring a mix of rain and snow to the region on Tuesday, with snow levels near 700m.

We will see clearing in the wake of the weather maker on Wednesday, with the return of sun.
