We will see a dry start to the week, but a wet end to the year.

On Monday, expect mostly cloudy conditions with thickening cloud.

We will see snow developing Monday night.

The snow sticks around early Tuesday morning for the last day of 2019, with some areas seeing the snow changing to rain in the afternoon when freezing levels rise to just above the valley base.

The precipitation eases again on Wednesday, but signs point to more snow or rain by the end of the week.
