We are going to see some of the coolest temperatures here in our region that we haven't seen in years!

Arctic air will move into the BC Interior and stick around for the next few days, bringing us less precipitation and sunnier conditions.

However, this cold Arctic air sweeping in from the north will also bring the possibility of lake effect snow, and there will be a slim chance of flurries.

On Tuesday, a weak low to the south of us could also bring us light flurries, but no significant snow is expected over the next few days.

Daytime highs will be in the minus double digits for the first half of the week, with overnight lows into the -20s at times.

At this time signs point to another weather system moving in Wednesday night with more snow.
