Although a few lingering flurries are possible this morning thanks to an unstable northwesterly flow, we will enter into a brief drier period later today, and sunny breaks are possible this afternoon.

Tuesday will be drier to start, but then the next system will roll in Tuesday night.

Expect possible snow Tuesday night and Wednesday, but as freezing levels rise gradually, we will see mixed precipitation by Wednesday afternoon or Thursday for the valley areas.

High elevation mountain passes will see minimal precipitation on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, but an active weather pattern returns to the highways starting Tuesday night and Wednesday that will last until the weekend.
