2019-06-30 08:50:00 2019-06-30 11:00:00 America/Vancouver Hike N Yoga Meeting at 8:50am to ensure we hike together, we are meeting in the larger parking lot of the North Glenmore Dog Park ( there are two parking lots please go to the one that has the separate trail entrance ). This is a beautiful medium to challenging hike through Stephens Coyote Ridge, with both moderately steep ascents/descents. Please wear appropriate footwear. When we reach a half way point we will stop for our Yoga class. (ALL LEVELS) the area that we have selected is a super secluded & flat clearing with panoramic views. You will definitely want to bring a mat to practice on. Once on the trail pups have to be on a lead.. but at the base there is a giant off leash park for your furry friends to explore before/after.
